How did the idea for the show come about?

The idea was born from my belief that confidence isn’t a fixed trait; it’s something we can build, nurture, & grow. Confidence is not a feeling we have. It is the evidence that we gain when we do something we are afraid of and we begin imperfectly. I share stories of everyday extraordinary people facing challenges, reinventing themselves, & building lives they love. Casa De Confidence became a space where listeners could hear and learn both the inspiring wins and the real, messy middle moments.

What do you hope listeners take from the show?

I hope listeners walk away feeling inspired, seen, & equipped with practical tools to take bold action in their lives, even when they are scared to take the first step. Whether it’s a mindset shift, a business tip, or simply knowing they’re not alone in the personal growth & healing journey, I want them to leave each episode believing they can go confidently toward their dreams. I also want to create a community of confident dreamers, individuals who are clear on their purpose to make an impact

What's been the biggest challenge for you?

The biggest challenge has been balancing all the hats...host, producer, business owner, wife, caretaker of an elderly parent, while staying consistent. I go back to reminding myself that the important thing is serving the listener and recording something people walk away with of value. Like most podcasters, I’ve had to learn to juggle content creation with promotion, audience growth, and everything else in my business. That’s why systems and planning have become my best friends.

How can your listeners support your show?

The best ways to support the show are simple but powerful: follow the podcast, share your favorite episodes with friends, and leave a review on Goodpods or your favorite listening platform. Every share and rating helps new listeners find us and keeps these meaningful conversations going. I also love to hear what I can do to improve the show and serve my listeners.

Any future plans that you'd like to share?

Yes! In addition to bringing listeners more live Q&A sessions, behind-the-scenes business episodes, & conversations with inspiring thought leaders, I’m expanding Casa De Confidence Productions, the pod production company my husband Dan and I co-founded. We help entrepreneurs, thought leaders, & change-makers laun & grow binge-worthy podcasts that build authority, attract clients, & amplify their message. More collaborations & educational resources are coming!
