Made in Canada. What if work wasn't something you had to survive? What if it could be truly human—designed to meet the needs of real people, not just systems? These are not just questions. It's an ethic. A provocation. An insistence that how we design work shapes real lives and futures. Because for too many people—even with all the talk of flexibility and hybrid—work still isn't working. It burns people out, rebuilds old hierarchies in new packaging, and too often ignores the deeply human needs it claims to serve. I'm Nola Simon. A futurist, consultant, and work culture strategist dedicated to redesigning work to be more human, sustainable, and equitable. My work helps leaders and organizations move beyond performative "flexibility" to truly rethink how we collaborate, communicate, and lead in distributed, asynchronous, and AI-enhanced environments. This isn't an abstract problem for me. I started advocating for work-from-home options back in 2011 because I was seeing my two girls—then five and seven—only one hour a day. By 2012, I was leading my division's first remote-work pilot. Not because it was trendy, but because it was necessary. Flexibility wasn't a perk. It was the only way to be present for my family. And the reasons change over time. What began as a personal fight for my own family became a broader commitment to ensuring work can adapt to the shifting needs of all kinds of people—caregivers, neurodivergent professionals, people living with illness or injury, or anyone trying to hold onto their humanity in a world of constant change. Because I know these challenges are systemic, I look for ways to maximize impact. That's why I aim to work with leaders of organizations—whether for-profit, non-profit, or government—who have the power to redesign systems at scale. It's why I speak on podcasts, host my own (Hope & Possibilities: A Love Letter to the Future of Work), and share ideas through national and international media. I believe change happens when we challenge assumptions, tell new stories, and make better choices visible and practical. My approach combines strategic foresight, narrative intelligence, and people-centered design. I draw on research in organizational design, leadership, media studies, and cultural analysis—paired with real-world experience navigating evolving technologies, industries, and expectations. My mandate is broad but grounded: to help people see the future not as something to fear or simply predict, but as something we can actively shape—intentionally, creatively, and with care. Whether you're a leader making decisions that ripple out to hundreds, a founder experimenting with new ways of working, or a creative professional searching for better ways to thrive—I hope you find here new ways to work. Excellence challenges the status quo. Hope drives change. And possibilities? They're the blueprint for a better future. Podcast Themes: Future of Work Hybrid Work Remote Work Employee Engagement Leadership Development Trust in the Workplace Workplace Innovation Human-Centric Design Organizational Change Digital Disruption Productivity Upskilling Communication Commitment Accountability Intentionality Strategy

FRIED: The Burnout Podcast is a top 1% global podcast hosted by burnout expert and keynote speaker Cait Donovan. It’s for leaders, teams, and high-achieving humans who are done treating exhaustion as the cost of ambition.

For its first 10 seasons, FRIED focused primarily on individual burnout recovery—helping listeners understand their nervous systems, boundaries, and capacity. Starting in Season 11, the conversation expands.

FRIED now takes a more organizational and leadership-level view of burnout, exploring how the fit between people, roles, expectations, and systems determines whether work is sustainable or slowly burns people out.

Each week, you’ll hear:

  • Conversations with professionals and leaders who’ve recovered from burnout
  • Insights on leadership, workplace stress, and organizational design
  • Solo episodes where Cait breaks down how hidden mismatches quietly drive disengagement, resentment, turnover, and burnout—even in high-performing cultures

At its core, FRIED asks a different question than most burnout conversations:

Where is the work no longer matching the humans doing it?

Burnout is rarely a motivation problem. It’s a mismatch problem. FRIED helps leaders and organizations spot those mismatches early and make practical, human-centered adjustments that improve both performance and wellbeing.

You’ll love FRIED: The Burnout Podcast if you’re a leader, manager, HR professional, or high-responsibility human who wants to reduce burnout without lowering standards or blaming people.

Welcome to FRIED.

Let’s build work that matches.

Maybe coffee is your new black! What about coffee culture? Why are Europeans so into their coffee and make fun of our American brew? We will learn why cappuccinos are against the law in the afternoon in Italy, just kidding! Do we need to know about the supply chain and bean sustainability, climate change and its effects on growth of our beloved beans? Is their true crime happening to coffee farmers? How about caffeine for performance? Do you add adaptogens, mushrooms, CBD or THC? Do you have Bulletproof coffee with collagen powder before working out or for recovery after exercise? What are you adding to your coffee? I’ll be talking to you intermittent fasting warriors too! How about that lighter roast chat? How to brew your best espresso? Let’s go visit the baristas and the little coffee shops we adore. Do you listen to Spotify playlists designed for coffee shop listening? Is it really just the vibe? What about brunch? Espresso martinis, bloody Mary or mimosas! Mixologists are having a lot of fun with that liquid nitrogen brew. Do you prefer your coffee addiction with a side of sugar? Yes, I’m thinking about Tiramisu, chocolates, bourbon, beer, so many delicious coffee indulgences, I’ll find them and share them with you. I know there are some cult favorites too. How do you really feel about pumpkin spiced latte? Are you team Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts? Regular vs. decaf? I know you have opinions here! How did Coffee tables earn that moniker? Is the TV show Friends finally opening Central Perk in 2023? How do you make the best coffee? Let’s learn how to make the best pot of your pour over, french press, drip, and cold brew. So here’s the tea, just kidding, drink coffee for clarity, focus, your health or an excuse to socialize. But make no mistake, coffee is about connection. Join me, Holly Shannon, on my podcast, Coffee. Follow me on social so we can sip together and be a part of this community, there will be Youtube video how-to’s, and NPR style interviews. Life can be hard, but coffee helps. Coffee Culture is Season 5 and dives into the coffee meetup for friendship and connection. It’s not always about the coffee but our need to be there for each other. Both personally and professionally we use coffee as an excuse to gather. But sometimes it is about the brew. This season will address our addiction and allegiance to coffee and fun facts around coffee culture. There will be shorter content for a little sip. Also there will be robust conversation and stories around nostalgia and unique experiences like a coffee meditation. Think of it as our dark roast together. Either way, Coffee is the new black! If you are new to this podcast, my past content here on Culture Factor has traversed 4 seasons! Season 1 covered topics about company culture from the c-suite during a pandemic. It shifted in Season 2 to company culture from the perspective of emerging leaders that were navigating the new normal in the remote work economy. Season 3 dove into emerging technologies in the Web3 space in an educational format creating simplicity out of new topics. It was for the NFT curious and the Web3 confused. Season 4 took an NPR style approach interviewing artists, collectors and businesses. Understanding connection, the value of art and the why behind this new creator economy. This podcast interviews leaders from every area and avenue of life while submitting to the ultimate authority of Christ in every area of our lives. Empowerment Diaries® with Lita Goddess of Growth

Where Public Philosophy Meets Personal Sovereignty

I am Lita Goddess of Growth, the CEO of Lita Goddess of Growth Ltd—a sovereign media company and professional umbrella for legacy building. I am an Anchor and Sovereign Strategist dedicated to the architecture of practical transformation.

My Sovereign Mission: Empowerment Diaries® is a standalone pillar of my ecosystem designed to encourage radical transformation through storytelling. Here, I share my personal journey of sovereignty, deconstructing macro-ideas and public philosophy to help you hear the "Source Within". It is also the space for fellow creators and business leaders to share stories of transformation upon which core brands and revelations were built.

The Clarification Chamber: Within this journey, I facilitate the Clarification Chamber—my personal process of stripping away the noise of external projection. This is a space for following the thread of a thought, often beginning in the "dark droughts" of uncertainty. I do not claim to be a guru with a final resolution; instead, I share the raw musings and the unfolding search for truth. In doing so, we shed light on the situation together. Once a thread is shared, I invite you to join the dialogue, ask questions, and explore the revelations that emerge.

The Sovren Ecosystem: Empowerment Diaries® serves as the media gateway to the Sovren Creator NetworkTM, an expansive ecosystem for sovereign media production and strategic evolution. This ecosystem houses:

  • Sovren SpotlightTM: A dedicated platform for deep-dive case studies showcasing creators and business strategy in action. While the highlights are shared publicly, the comprehensive deep dives are available exclusively to our Sovren Collective members.
  • The Creators Guild: A professional space within the network for matrix collaboration and shared best practices.
  • The Sovren Collective: Our inner-circle community where members support their own teams through mutual aid, strategic partnership, and referral.

A Call to Business Owners & Brands: I am actively seeking guests—business owners, visionaries, and brands—whose stories of resilience and transformation act as a beacon of inspiration. You do not need to be a member of my creator network to share your journey. We welcome all who have a story of transformation for personal and professional inspiration. If you have a story that can fuel the sovereignty of others, I invite you to my table.

Connect with the Hub: I operate from a central Personal Brand Hub where you can find my full body of work and professional strategy services ([Find Links in Bio]). To access the Sovren SpotlightTM Deep Dives and apply for entry into the Sovren Collective, please complete our Strategic Application Form ([Find Link in Bio]).

Transparency: Everything shared is the protected intellectual property of Carleta Barrett, licensed to Lita Goddess of Growth Ltd for the purpose of global empowerment and sovereign media production.

I’m Anne Bachrach and for over 27 years I’ve been best known as The Accountability CoachTM. Some even have called me The Accountability Pit-BullTM.
Did you know that the #1 reason people don’t get what they want is lack of accountability?
If you want to make more money, work less, and enjoy even better work life balance, The Accountability Minute is perfect for you.
Are you sick and tired of your business just making you sick and tired?
You know the drill. You invest a lot of time in building and growing your business. You make many personal sacrifices. You hope that the trade-off is more clients, more revenue, more progress toward your goals, and more prosperity, so you can enjoy the business and life you truly want. Good intentions don’t magically lead to good results. They are a start; however, they are unfortunately not enough. This is just the truth! Poor follow through takes a toll on virtually every aspect of our lives. It not only threatens our health, it also prevents us from achieving personal, financial, and career goals that are well within our reach.
When you are held accountable to the activity required to achieve your goals, you will make more money, be able to work less, and enjoy even having your ideal business and ideal life.
If this sounds at all like something you want, you are in the right place to accelerate your results!
Not only can you get value from listening to a variety of proven business success topics, you also get access to complimentary high-value business success resources that I share during some episodes. The episodes are some of my absolute BEST ideas for helping you to create the kind of business and life you have always wanted.

Anne Bachrach is author of many books, including Excuses Don't Count; Results Rule!, Live Life with No Regrets; How the Choices we Make Impact our Lives, No Excuses, The Work Life Balance Emergency Kit, The Guide to Stopping Procrastination, The Power of Visualization, My Gratitude Journal, and The Roadmap To Success with Stephen Covey and Ken Blanchard, and more.
