Why did you get into podcasting?
Josh Bell started podcasting to share his passion for film and storytelling with a broader audience. With a background in education and a love for deep analysis, he saw podcasting as the perfect medium to explore movies, horror, and literature in an engaging way. Real Reel Talk was born from his desire to discuss films beyond surface-level reviews, diving into themes, history, and impact. What do you hope listeners take from the show?

What's been the biggest challenge for you?
Josh’s biggest challenge in podcasting has been juggling editing and social media. Crafting thoughtful, engaging episodes takes time, but editing them to sound just right can be even more demanding. On top of that, managing social media to grow an audience and keep engagement high is a constant effort. Balancing creativity with the technical and promotional sides of podcasting has been a learning experience, but his passion for storytelling keeps him pushing forward.
