How did the idea for the show come about?

Every time I would read something about a stupid criminal, a boneheaded accident, or some stupidity in society, culture, and politics, I would hear the song by the artist Randy Stonehill, "It's A Great Big Stupid World". I just followed through with the next step.

What do you hope listeners take from the show?

I'm expecting the listener, after hearing so many real stories of stupidity, that they come away with the feeling that they're not as stupid as they thought they were.

What's been the biggest challenge for you?

Having more stupidity than I have time to cover. Also trying to synchronize times to record an episode with my Insane Florida Nephew, "Pancho Guero"!
