Escape the trap of endless doom-scrolling on your phone and enter a mystical world of audio-based enchantment. Picture Miss Honey from Matilda whispering a bedtime story into your ear, creating the audio version of a warm cup of tea combined with a long hug for your nervous system. Ever since childhood, I've been plagued with racing thoughts and existential dread at bedtime. The only thing that ever helped me sleep was listening to bedtime stories on tape or CD (major '90s baby energy, I know.) I've always been particularly fascinated with the esoteric (hidden) wisdom of both Eastern and Western mystical traditions, as well as metaphysical spirituality. The creation, curation, and production of this project is my love letter to anyone with similar fascinations and struggles. Each episode allows you to unwind while awakening to arcane wisdom at the same time. I produce each episode myself, intuitively weaving in selected ambient sounds and soothing solfeggio frequencies to create a truly immersive experience. Whether you seek deep sleep, consciousness expansion, or pure relaxation, Night Night Bitch has got you covered. Choose to listen to embrace a deeper and more restful sleep or enjoy an episode to induce a conscious, meditative stateāit's your choice. Prepare to be transported to a realm where dreams and relaxation intertwine.
Bid farewell to restless nights and awaken to higher truths. Night night, bitch.

Tune in to the St. Josemaria Institute Podcast to fuel your prayer and conversation with God.
On our weekly podcast we share meditations given by priests who, in the spirit of St. Josemaria Escriva, offer points for reflection to guide you in your personal prayer and help you grow closer to God.
The meditations are typically under 30 minutes so that you can take advantage of them during your time of prayer, commute, walk, lunch, or any time you want to listen to something good.
The St. Josemaria Institute was established in 2006 in the United States to promote the life and teachings of St. Josemaria, priest and founder of Opus Dei, through prayer, devotions, digital and social media, and special programs and initiatives.

Dedicated to liberation in all its forms, Deconstructing Yourself is passionate about fearlessly investigating, attempting, and questioning all things to do with awakening, meditation, mindfulness, brain hacking, consciousness, neurofeedback, and more.
Your host Michael W. Taft interviews some of the most interesting thinkers, authors, and teachers around, as well as other offerings. In this hard-hitting, radical, and fun podcast we look at secular post-, non-, un- Buddhism, Vajrayana, nondual Hindu Tantra, philosophy, the neuroscience of the sense of self, neurofeedback and the consciousness hacking movement, aspects of artificial intelligence, entheogens, and much more.
If youāre looking for fresh directions, free from dogma and conformism, think of the Deconstructing Yourself podcast as the radical cafe where you can hear from the most interesting luminaries either from the outside edges of dharma, or a fresh take from more traditional teachers. Welcome gorgeous,
Here is a little about the origin and the intention of the podcast since the first episode. I created this podcast as a sanctuary for sensitive souls; a quiet space to breathe, reconnect, and begin remembering who you truly are. If youāve ever felt that your sensitivity is ātoo muchā or something to hide, I invite you to soften that story. Together, weāll explore how your sensitivity is not only valid; but sacred. A gift that holds the key to your deepest intuition, connection, and strength. Each episode offers gentle insights, intuitive reflections, and soulful transmissions; often recorded outdoors, under the Tree of Love. My feline guides are usually curled nearby, and the elemental presence of nature with the fae, the winds, the earth beneath; is always close. You may feel them too. Some episodes are softly spoken solo journeys. Others feature kindred guests: both from recent conversations and the early days of the podcast: whose voices are now being lovingly honoured and re-shared. This podcast is one thread in a wider tapestry of soul work to support sensitive hearts as they find their way home to themselves.
Since December we have been dedicating each episode to our loved ones who guide us from the rainbow bridge. I hope you find peace and comfort as you tune in. With much love.
With gratitude always, for you, for this unfolding, and for the guides (seen and unseen) who walk with me as I speak, share, and remember. Aline š

If you were our friend, and if we could look you in the eyes and see your struggles and know you fully, and if we could only give you ONE thingāwe'd give you Godās Word.
