Nutrition advice has never been easier to find. Knowing which advice you can trust has never been harder.

Every day brings another headline, social media trend, or viral nutrition claim telling you what to eat, what to avoid, or which supplement will change your life. Much of it sounds convincing. Much of it isn't supported by the evidence.

Nutrition Diva helps you separate nutrition science from nutrition myths so you can make confident decisions about your health.

Each week, Monica Reinagel, MS, LDN, translates evidence-based nutrition into plain English, breaking down the latest research and explaining what it really means for your everyday life. Instead of sensational headlines and fad diets, you'll get practical nutrition guidance you can understand—and use.

Whether you're trying to build healthier eating habits, lose weight, improve metabolic health, support healthy aging, or reduce your risk of chronic disease, every episode helps you make smarter nutrition decisions with confidence.

Topics include healthy eating, balanced diets, gut health, probiotics, supplements, vitamins, weight management, intermittent fasting, Mediterranean and high-protein diets, food labels, processed foods, cholesterol, inflammation, diabetes prevention, heart health, longevity, and the latest nutrition research.

You'll also hear Monica break down popular wellness trends, explain emerging nutrition science, evaluate supplement claims, and separate food myths from nutrition facts so you can spend less time wondering who to believe and more time building healthy habits that last.

Regular features include listener questions, myth busting, fact vs. fad, and expert interviews exploring the science behind the nutrition questions people ask most.

If you're looking for nutrition science you can trust—and practical guidance that fits real life—subscribe to the Nutrition Diva.

The fact that you came across Morning Microdose is not a coincidence, it’s a synchronicity, we know it...and you’ll soon find out why. Welcome to an experience that will prime your mind, body and soul for a beautiful day ahead... all in less than ten minutes! Our minds are so impressionable in the morning. Yet how often are we intentional about what we consume and do? Long ago our mornings kicked off with a dirty scroll on Instagram, followed by an energy drink and an intense HIIT workout, underscored by loud music and lots of yelling. Peace and clarity, UH NO! Morning Microdose was born from our commitment to sacred mornings. There are so many choices when it comes to what we consume on a daily basis — from what we put in our mouths, take in with our eyes, touch with our hands, and listen to with our ears. We’re passionate about offering an audible journey for you to set the tone for your day and feel inspired by thought provoking conversations. We curated some of our favorite short, powerful excerpts from the Almost 30 Podcast, hosted by Krista Williams and Lindsey Simcik. Our intention is for you to wake up with us, both literally and spiritually. Each episode is meant to help you step into the highest version of yourself. Our groovy guests often describe our conversations together as being in a vortex. It feels transcendental... time dissipates and we feel expansive in both our mind and heart. We started Morning Microdose, so you too could “enter the vortex” five days a week, Monday-Friday.

Strength training and fat loss for men and women over 40 is the foundation of this show. In every episode I put a popular piece of fitness advice under the microscope, find the hidden reason it doesn't work, and give you the deceptively simple fix that does. For skeptics of the fitness industry who are tired of following the rules and still not seeing results.

If you've been lifting weights, tracking macros, and doing "all the right things" but your body composition hasn't changed, you're probably overcomplicating it. Wits & Weights shows you how to build muscle, lose fat, and achieve real body recomposition by focusing only on what the evidence actually supports. The show centers on women over 40, but plenty of midlife men listen for the same approach.

Evidence-based coach Philip Pape brings an engineer's approach to strength training, nutrition, and metabolism. Instead of another generic program or meal plan, you get specific, science-based strategies for body recomposition, whether you're focused on building muscle, losing fat, or both. The focus is on strength training over 40, body recomposition for women over 40, perimenopause and menopause fitness, metabolism recovery, hormone health, and longevity.

You've seen the conflicting advice, even on other nutrition podcasts. One expert says cut carbs, the next says eat more. One says train six days a week, another says three is plenty. Building the body you want doesn't have to be this confusing or time-consuming.

By using your wits (systems plus identity-based behavior change) and lifting weights, you can build muscle, improve your physique, and maintain your results for life without rebound weight gain. You'll also learn about metabolism recovery, and why years of dieting can lead to metabolic adaptation that makes fat loss harder than it needs to be.

You'll learn smart, efficient strategies for movement, metabolism, muscle, and mindset: why fat loss matters more than weight loss, why all the macros (protein, fats, and yes even carbs) are critical to body composition, how just 3 hours a week of proper hypertrophy training can outperform twice that time, why building muscle is the single most powerful thing you can do for metabolic health and longevity, why perimenopause and menopause don't have to derail your progress, and how shifting the way you think about fitness drives more growth than any program alone.

Looking for fat loss podcasts, nutrition podcasts, or strength training podcasts for women and men over 40? Wits & Weights brings the science-based answers without the conflicting noise. If you're ready to learn what actually works, hit "follow."

Popular Guests: Greg Nuckols (Stronger by Science), Alan Aragon (nutrition researcher), Eric Helms (3D Muscle Journey), Dr. Spencer Nadolsky (Docs Who Lift), Bill Campbell (exercise science researcher), Jordan Feigenbaum (Barbell Medicine), Holly Baxter (evidence-based physique coach), Laurin Conlin (physique coach), Lauren Colenso-Semple (nutrition researcher), Karen Martel (hormone optimization expert), Steph Gaudreau (women's strength and nutrition), Bryan Boorstein (hypertrophy coach)

Popular Topics: strength training for women over 40, strength training over 40, women's strength training, body recomposition for women over 40, body recomposition after 40, body recomposition, muscle building after 40, muscle building, hypertrophy training, fat loss for women over 40, perimenopause fitness, menopause fitness, menopause metabolism, metabolism recovery, metabolic adaptation, protein for women over 40, nutrition for lifters over 40, hormone health, longevity and healthy aging, lifting weights for fat loss, macros and nutrition tracking

Welcome! Each episode of Wellness While Walking addresses the real health concerns you're facing: • metabolism shifts and blood sugar spikes/weight gain • establishing sustainable habits despite crazy-busy schedules • adapting movement regimens (featuring walking!*) to work for you... in a fun way! • implementing doable nutrition approaches that work with your midlife body and life Hi, I'm Carolyn, a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach of almost 20 years. I was a health-rejectionist! I didn't think it mattered what our lifestyles were like – I even doubled down on this approach, working in the ultra-processed foods industry for a decade (and gained a lot of weight and was fatigued all the time, but I didn't connect the dots!) But then I got very sick. And my young children did, too. I started to open up to the idea that what we ate, how (if!) we moved, how we slept and more – how it did matter! I "walked back" my chronic disease diagnoses and my kids healed. After over a decade of health coaching people in their midlife years, I also noticed another trend – that of extremes! Folks rejected things like walking and eating largely whole foods for their more intense counterparts, like running and "eating clean." I knew that I needed to fight this, because there are lots of health-conferring points in between on the spectrum, and I'm all about capitalizing on the low hanging fruit by taking small steps that we'll actually do and enjoy! I do think we need to fight societal norms that leave us unhealthy – we call that "walking against traffic" – but this can be a moderate, doable, fun and effective path! Getting this word out to the wider audience beyond my clientele led me to introduce the Wellness While Walking Podcast in January of 2020, and we've been going strong since! I hope you'll join me, Health Coach Carolyn, for Wellness While Walking—your 30-minute movement companion that delivers research-backed strategies for weight management, metabolic health, healing chronic conditions and extending your healthspan in a motivating, compassionate format! Whether you're seeking accountability for consistent action, clarity on conflicting health advice, or gentle guidance for aging vibrantly, Wellness While Walking meets you where you are with understanding and actionable solutions. By the end of each episode, you'll feel physically energized, mentally renewed, and equipped with clear next steps—having moved, learned, laughed, and found the motivation to take the next meaningful step on your health journey! (*Did I mention that we play a beep halfway through so you know when to turn around if you're walking while listening?!) Today is a terrific day to start so press "Follow" and then "Play," and let's do this, together!

Brandi Eilert is the creator and host of Life. On Purpose — a podcast dedicated to the stories that awaken us, shape us, and remind us why we’re here. With a gift for deep listening and genuine connection, Brandi guides conversations that explore resilience, faith, healing, and the pursuit of meaning in a world that often values achievement over authenticity.

A lifelong seeker and storyteller, Brandi’s own path has been one of transformation — moving through challenge, loss, and reinvention to find a deeper sense of purpose. Through her interviews with athletes, advocates, thinkers, and everyday visionaries, she creates space for the kind of truth that heals and inspires.

Grounded, empathetic, and unafraid to ask the big questions, Brandi’s mission is simple: to help others live more consciously, love more deeply, and align their lives with what truly matters.

When she’s not behind the mic, you’ll find her immersed in family life, college basketball games supporting her husband, creative projects, or somewhere quiet (usually home - her sanctuary) — reflecting, reading, writing, and practicing what she preaches: living on purpose.

A world-renowned cardiothoracic surgeon, gut-health pioneer, and bestselling author of The Plant Paradox, Dr. Gundry has spent over 20 years uncovering why so many people are still sick, tired, and struggling — and, more importantly, how to reverse it. He has helped hundreds of thousands of patients and followers lose stubborn weight, overcome autoimmune disease, eliminate chronic inflammation, and reclaim energy they thought was gone forever.

What sets this health podcast apart? Dr. Gundry still sees patients six days a week, analyzing real bloodwork to track exactly how nutrition and targeted supplements reduce inflammation, heal leaky gut, and stop disease in its tracks. Every episode is rooted in his latest clinical findings — not outdated guidelines.

Four times a week, joined by leading MDs and top researchers, he delivers the science-backed answers most people spend years searching for — on gut health, weight loss, longevity, autoimmune disease, and upgrading your diet for lasting results.

Your body was designed to heal. Dr. Gundry will show you how.

Well Said with Syd is where real stories, bold brands, and voices doing life differently all sit at the same table. It is for anyone who wants to build a personal brand or business they are proud of and learn from the stories, mistakes, and pivots of people who have lived it.

I am Syd Kaye, a brand strategist, wellness coach, community builder, and real-life hype woman who is still very much in my own becoming. On this show, you will hear a mix of solo episodes from my own life and honest conversations with founders, wellness professionals, creatives, and people who took the unconventional route and built something meaningful out of what they have been through. Together we talk about confidence, relationships, friendship breakups, identity shifts, nervous system support, women’s wellness, routines, and building strong personal brands and businesses as you grow, not just after you have “arrived.”

Well Said is also connected to The Wellthy Circle, my women’s community for connection and proximity to others 'doing it', and to Cozy, my brand strategy agency for founder-led brands. I share what I am learning in real time inside my agency, my community, and my own life, so you can take the stories, language, and lessons into your next moves, even when they feel a little scary.

Follow Well Said with Syd for honest, thoughtful conversations about life, wellness, relationships, and brand-building that you can use to shape a personal brand, business, and relationships you are proud of.

Get Pregnant Naturally is the podcast for women and couples facing low AMH, high FSH, failed IVF, miscarriage, premature ovarian insufficiency (POI), diminished ovarian reserve (DOR), or a donor egg recommendation, and who are not ready to accept that recommendation before the full picture has been investigated. Hosted by Sarah Clark, founder of Fab Fertile, author of Fabulously Fertile, and host of a podcast with over one million downloads, Get Pregnant Naturally offers a functional fertility second opinion. Each week, Sarah walks through the lab work most fertility clinics do not run: gut microbiome, food sensitivity, vaginal microbiome, nutrigenomics, HTMA, DUTCH, full thyroid panel, the iron panel, and inflammation markers, alongside nervous system work. Inside the Fab Fertile program, the full team works with each couple. On the podcast, Sarah brings you what she sees across more than a decade of cases. This podcast is for the woman who heard donor eggs and walked out, wondering what was missed. The woman whose REI looked at her AMH, her FSH, and her antral follicle count, and stopped there. We work alongside your medical team, not instead of them. The decision still belongs to you. The investigation should happen before the decision. Subscribe for weekly episodes on what your fertility clinic may not have tested before the next recommendation gets made.

In the modern era, our nutrition systems are in crisis. Foods that once had high levels of minerals and vitamins have seen their levels plummet as a result of the compromised health of our soil and ecosystems. With these changes, our waistlines have expanded, as food is less nutrient-dense and therefore less filling. Entire communities are undernourished and overweight. This is a direct result of the figurative and literal food deserts we live in today. It's time for a new era, one that puts nutrition first, without compromise.

At Nutrition Without Compromise we believe that great nutrition and bountiful health is a human right. We believe that you should never have to make a choice between your ethics, your morals, the food on your plate, and the environment that produces it in order to stay your healthiest and live your best life. If you want to join a movement that challenges the status quo, that asks you to think deeply and discover new solutions that you might never have thought possible, then this podcast and community is exactly where you belong.

This show is hosted by Corinna Bellizzi, a natural products industry veteran who has spent her entire professional career growing sustainable, regenerative brands that challenge the traditional way of doing things, and that always ask what we can do differently, and better. With a background in anthropology and ethnographic research she constantly seeks solutions to common problems that will work to improve the lives of greater communities around the globe. Corinna has an extensive nutrition background, having formulated and marketed hundreds of supplements and foods over the last 20+ years. These products include traditional approaches to health and wellness, incorporating herbal extracts, micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) and macronutrients including omega-3s, other essential fatty acids and proteins. She is periodically joined by co-hosts including Tia Morell Walden, a holistic nutritionist and integrative nutrition health coach who is passionate about educating people from all walks of life on the many benefits of re-tooling their health by focusing on great nutrition and a whole-istic approach to living.

Tia and Corinna are each experienced podcasters with successful shows. Corinna has been running the Care More Be Better podcast since January of 2021, focusing on regenerative solutions to social problems and the health of our planet. Tia is a co-host on Obsessed with Humans On The Verge of Change where she focuses on giving you the tools you need to live a healthier, happier and more fulfilling life.

Tune in each week to deepen your knowledge of nutrition and health, uncover promising new research, and get to know incredible thought leaders in the health and wellness industry. Lean-in to the possibility of a better future and achieve your best health - without compromise.

This show is produced and sponsored by Örlö Nutrition. At Örlö, we’re evolving our food systems to produce endless nourishment with positive environmental impact.

Industrial food systems continue to take more from the planet while producing less nutrition. With the system out of balance and unsustainable, Örlö relies on a scalable, carbon-negative process to grow our polar omega-3 nutrition, helping to advance the food sustainability evolution that the world ne

Welcome to the podcast that explores and smashed the insane patriarchal body image messages that keep us on the diet, riot, sweat, repeat carnival ride. This podcast is an exploration of where these awful body image "should" messages originated and how we can finally smash the body image insanity together. What does diet, riot, sweat, repeat mean? We all know about dieting. It seems that every day there is a new diet to try that will melt away all those unwanted pounds. Low-fat, Keto, Intermittent Fasting, Whole 30, Weight Watchers, Paleo.... the list could go on & on. I know- I've tried them all! What happens when you restrict your diet? You RIOT! You binge and fall off the diet bandwagon. Then guilt sets in and you go sweat it out at the gym or on a long run. And the cycle repeats itself over and over and over again. It is an insane carnival ride that feels impossible to escape. What "shoulds" have you heard about your body? Have you been told that your skin should be lighter, darker, smoother, less wrinkly. have you been told you have too many curves or not enough curves? Are you too tall or too short? Too masculine or too feminine? No matter what your body looks like, you have probably been given messages throughout your life that your body does not look like what society and culture thinks it "Should" look like.Let's smash those "shoulds"! This is not a podcast where you will find a bunch of experts telling you how you should love your body. Instead, it is a podcast where you are going to hear the voices of very real women, just like you, who share their body image stories with us. It is through this common understanding and story telling that we can finally begin to unravel our beliefs and find the core of these harmful "shoulds".The host, Tiphany Kane is a 49 year old woman battling body image issues. She has a masters degree, is the CEO of a company she co-founded, she speaks on stages all over the country, is the Executive Director of Sonic Bloom awards, and is the mother of 2 boys...one heading off to college in a few months. And yet- even with all these life accomplishments- she still feels shame that her body does not look like it "should". Are you the same? Are you an accomplished woman (cis or trans), or non-binary person that feels disappointed when you see a picture of yourself? Do you focus on your belly, arms, butt or thighs and wish they looked different? Are you sick and tired of trying diet after diet? Have you ever made yourself go hungry just to lose weight? Are you sick and tired of denying yourself life's simple food pleasures? This podcast is for you!

Your body isn't broken. It's blocked.Twenty years ago Ben Azadi was obese, exhausted, and convinced something was permanently wrong with him. Nothing was. His cells weren't getting the signal. Once they did, everything changed — and it's stayed changed for two decades. Ben is a 2x New York Times bestselling author (Metabolic Freedom, Keto Flex), international keynote speaker, and a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner. But here's what he's learned after two decades and thousands of transformations: knowing what to do isn't what changes your life. Becoming the person who actually does it — that's what changes your life. That's what this show is built for. Three episodes a week, each with a job: Metabolic Monday — Conversations with world-renowned doctors, researchers, and health experts on the latest breakthroughs in metabolic health and longevity. Fasting, insulin resistance, stubborn belly fat, hormones, mitochondria, blood sugar, gut health, ketosis, carnivore, and biohacking — translated into something you can actually run this week. Transformation Tuesday — The mindset, habits, and daily practices behind following through. Paradigms, self-image, identity, and the inner work that makes results permanent instead of temporary. Freedom Friday — Real conversations about freedom in every area of life. Not just metabolic freedom, but freedom with your time, your purpose, your energy, and the way you show up in the world. If you're over 40 and doing everything right while the scale won't move — start here. Ben's mission is to educate one billion people. You're one of them.
