We talk about intention so often in Chinese Medical School. Prior to treating that patient you need to have a clear intention, and you get there by doing a full evaluation, diagnosing and then formulating a plan.

It is about getting clear on where we want to go, how we affect our community, how we want to do things, who we want to attract and how we want to behave.
