This subject reflects the type of listening I’ve been drawn to for a long time—stories that work through atmosphere rather than exposition. Horror fiction and folklore audio often rely on repetition, implication, and tone rather than direct explanation. I find those elements more memorable than traditional narrative structure. Over time, I noticed patterns across different creators and shows: recurring ideas about rules, ritual, place, and observation.
