Danielle Ripley-Burgess is a two-time cancer survivor and author who was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer at just 17 years old. She won the battle against the disease the first time around, but was faced with it again when she was 21. This time, it was stage 1 colon cancer.

Danielle shares her story of hope and perseverance in times of unimaginable struggle. She explains how spirituality and self-care are essential sources of strength in her life and reminds us all to be more mindful and intentional.

We also discuss what led Danielle to write her memoir, “Blush: How I Barely Survived 17”, which will be the first book in the upcoming Gastro Girl Book Club!
