Hello and welcome back to state of mind with me, Grace Kingswell.

Today’s guest is psychosexual and relationship therapist Kate Moyle. Kate works with people to recognise their own personal understanding of their sexuality and sexual health; with the view that issues have roots in psychology, emotion, the physical body, and a person’s history and culture. Ultimately her aim is to help people get to a place of sexual health, happiness and wellbeing.

In this episode we discuss sex tech, porn, libido and fertility among many other topics. It’s a fascinating lesson and my thanks goes out to Kate for taking the time to educate us all with her wisdom on what is a very important topic.

Kate is on instagram @katemoyletherapy and she host her own podcast too called The Sexual Wellness session.

Hello and welcome back to STATE OF MIND with me Grace Kingswell.

Today’s guest is the wonderful, glorious, soothing and beautiful Sarah Malcom. I have such a girl crush on Sarah, she really is one of my favourite people on the whole entire internet.

Sarah is a yoga teacher and podcaster (you may have heard of her podcast Kitchen Club which she hosts with previous State of Mind guest Serena Louth. She’s also a closet food stylist, previous employee of Deliciously Ella and serious sourdough lover.

In this episode we talk about how she built her very successful yoga business, what it’s been like getting engaged in lockdown, and her diagnosis of PCOS which was the thing that put her on the path to where she is now.

Hello and welcome back to STATE OF MIND with me, Grace Kingswell.

I have an incredible guest for you today - Robyn Puglia. Robyn is a Nutritional Therapist and IFM Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner. She specialises in Autoimmune Disease, Gluten-Reactive Disorders including Coeliac Disease, Complex Cases and Unexplained Illness.

As well as a busy clinical practice, she provides technical support and education for Regenerus Labs, including Doctor’s Data, DUTCH Labs, BCA Lyme and Viral Labs and Cyrex.

Robyn is a well regarded speaker and lecturer in the UK, presenting on Autoimmune Disease, Gut Health, complex biochemistry and clinical case studies.

More recently she’s started up a Functional Medicine Mentoring Program @AFMMP along with Alex Manos and Laura Stirling, which I completed, and that’s where my girl crush on Robyn stems from!

I wanted to quiz Robyn on some really basic concepts but get her to go into depth about what’s actually happening in our bodies on a cellular level. We speak about blood sugar, sleep, alcohol, coffee and diet dogma and oh my goodness you will learn SO much from this episode - it’s one of my all times faves.

Robyn is also the queen on analogies, so don’t worry - it’s all really easy to follow.

This episode is sponsored by We Are Samudra, a gorgeous activewear brand made form recycled ocean plastic.
