We had a great high school wrestling team in our high school. I alway enjoyed watching those matches in the gym. We also are wrestlers - Ephesians 6:12–13: “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places." Colossians 3:1–3 says this; “If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God. Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth. For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.” May today our focus be on things above. Look up my friends!

Have you ever got candy from a Pez dispenser? I'll share something about the history of that on today's episode, but I want us to be Pez dispensers today. Ephesians 4:29 says; "Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers."
