Have you ever got candy from a Pez dispenser? I'll share something about the history of that on today's episode, but I want us to be Pez dispensers today. Ephesians 4:29 says; "Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers."

We had a great high school wrestling team in our high school. I alway enjoyed watching those matches in the gym. We also are wrestlers - Ephesians 6:12–13: “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places." Psalm 18:28 says; "You, Lord, keep my lamp burning; my God turns my darkness into light." While we see a lot of darkness in our world today, be encouraged that God can turn the darkness into light!
