Stephanie Woodward is an author, coach and consultant who specializes in helping individuals and team find the perfect combination of personal well-being and fulfillment.

In this week’s episode with co-host Mark Edgar, Stephanie shares the inspiration to write her first book The Big Scale Back that provides a framework for people to explore their relationship with work.

Stephanie used her passion for leadership and self-awareness to create a framework that provides the opportunity for people to shift from unconscious productivity to conscious productivity where people listen to their own voice to inform what success looks like.

The framework has been adapted by Stephanie to apply to team and organizations who are searching for purpose and meaning by focusing on clarity, climate and flow.

In the episode, Stephanie refers to the 13 factors of psychological well-being and the enneagram. You can learn more through these resources.

Next Episode

Old friend of future foHRward and Chief Engagement Officer at WorkTango, Rob Catalano is one of the top thought leaders on employee engagement. In this episode with co-host Naomi Titleman, he shares his journey getting into the area of engagement and his passion of improving lives at work.

Rob talks about how the best companies are increasingly measuring the whole employee experience and their employee’s relationship with work through a set of diagnostic questions.

Naomi and Rob reflect on the shift from HR owning and controlling the process of measurement and “protecting” leaders from receiving the feedback that they need to improve, to providing leaders with access to the information so they can action it.

They also talk about the power of democratizing rewards and recognition to all people to drive culture change.
