You’re not here to age quietly - you’re here to age powerfully.
Now in its sixth year, this podcast has become a grounded, trusted space for people who refuse to fade out in midlife and beyond. While the conversations center the experiences of women, the insights and tools are valuable for anyone ready to rise into their next chapter.
Hosted by educator and wellness advocate Sandy Kruse, the show blends science, self‐leadership, and soul - always with honesty, transparency, and education first. Sandy’s approach is rooted in real‐life longevity: the kind shaped by time‐tested wisdom, everyday habits, and the practices that actually support a vibrant, meaningful life. Modern tools are welcome, but never at the expense of integrity or common sense.
Most episodes feature Sandy’s own insights, frameworks, and lived experience, with occasional guests who bring genuine depth and value. This is a podcast built on discernment, not trends; substance, not noise.
From hormones to heartbreak, learning discernment and resonance, reinvention to resilience, to becoming the Queen of your own life, now is the time to learn, grow, and step into your power with clarity and confidence.
This is self‐improvement for anyone who’s done being underestimated - especially women in midlife who are ready to rise.

Alicia (health coach, massage therapist, pilates instructor, meat head-hippie) explores a wide range of topics related to women's health, intuitive eating, exercise, life after sport, CrossFit, relationships, mindset, and a whole lot of random, yet seemingly important topics that distracts Alicia in her day to day life. Wellness with Alicia covers these topics in a thoughtful, exploratory, and sometimes comedic format. ie. owning and running a business, finding peace with food and exercise, her current favourite things, and why she can't start her day without a good cup of coffee. Whether it's deep diving into: Body Goals, Fitness Culture, Fat Loss, Health, Food Freedom, Pop Culture, the Dogma of Diet Culture and the Anti-Diet Movement, her love-hate relationship for social media, why she's not sure about having kids and moving to the suburbs, or talking about the ups and downs of starting and running a business as a solopreneur. Alicia aims to talk about heavy topics, light topics, share her own lived experiences, while acknowledging that as someone in her mid 30's, she has a lot to share (so many thoughts, so little time) and a lot to learn! Beyond these topics, Alicia is also a Registered Massage Therapist, Pilates instructor, and has her own online Health Coaching business (Wellness with Alicia) helping women build their physiques without extremes. You can expect Alicia to share her honest struggles as a mid-30-something living in Vancouver, and topics that are taking up way too much brain space. Alicia hopes to bring something a little different to the health and fitness spaces. By speaking about these topics in a unique, conversational, and sometimes humorous way, she hopes to offer up value, provide some education, and perhaps a different point of view.

Welcome to the Losing Weight Without Losing Your Mind Podcast (formerly, the More Mindful Podcast) — where we make weight loss sustainable (and dare I say, enjoyable?!) by changing how you think, instead of just changing what you eat.
Hi, I'm your host is Julia Lynch— your down-to-earth double-certified macro-nutrition coach, integrative health enthusiast, and fellow recovering "starting over every Monday" girl. I get it because I've been there: obsessing over every bite, working out twice a day, and still feeling like I was failing.
Here's what changed everything: I stopped expecting overly-restrictive diets to work for me (they don't!) and I started working with my brain and body, instead of against it.
Now, I help overwhelmed, high-achieving women (you know, the ones juggling EVERYTHING, while her inner perfectionist yaps away at her all day) lose weight without making it their full-time job or giving up Friday night pizza. What’s the point of losing weight if it makes you hate your life?
Through my Rooted Method, I combine mindful eating and macro tracking with practical nutrition hacks and the mindset shifts that actually stick, so you can finally stop the mental gymnastics around food and lose weight without the drama...
Each week, we're diving into real conversations about the thoughts keeping you stuck, simple nutrition strategies that work with your actual life, and tools to help you trust yourself around food again.
Because here's the thing—you don't need another meal plan. You need to stop believing that becoming “that healthy girl” is out of reach. Once you shift your mindset to believe it IS possible, I promise you things will start falling into place. And this podcast is your gateway there.
Head to eatmorewithjulia.com to apply to work with Julia. You can follow her on Instagram at @eatmorewithjulia.

Hi, My name is Heather.
My mission is to help 1 million people simplify their health and wellness without losing their mind through strategies, frameworks, and advice for busy people.
If you've been dieting on and off for years, have a million things going on, and just never seem to get it to stick long term - this is for you. Anybody can be healthy, I've proven it. I've taken people from all walks of life from unsustainable and unhappy to a lifestyle that supports their goals without driving them insane.
It looks different for everybody, but if we can use frameworks to think about and apply these strategies to our own situations - that changes everything. There are a few key things I've found with myself and my clients that just work. My goal is to share as many of those things with you as I possibly can without any fluff - the fluff prevents us from looking at our habits clearly and logically.
This doesn't have to be hard or miserable, and I don't want you to take my word for it. I'd like to prove it to you.
If I helped you simplify or clarify your healthy lifestyle in any way, please leave a review.
This is how I'm measuring my progress.
You get nothing out of leaving a review - there's no social credit, there's no likes and comments.
By the law of reciprocity, a person that takes the time to leave a review, a rating, or a comment on the video versions is unlikely to do so without a positive impact of some sort.
So, this is how I will measure my mission.
If anything has resonated and you left a review - THANK YOU, from the bottom of my heart.
With Gratitude,
Heather Mae
