Who am I?
I’m Julie DeLucca-Collins, a TEDx speaker, award-winning best-selling author, business strategist, and the host of Casa De Confidence and Confident You- Raw Conversations. After more than 20 years in senior leadership roles in corporate America, I traded the boardroom for the microphone to help women in midlife build profitable, purpose-driven businesses with confidence and clarity. I’m Julie DeLucca-Collins, a TEDx speaker, award-winning author, business strategist, and the host of Casa De Confidence. After more than 20 years in senior leadership roles in corporate America, I traded the boardroom for the microphone to help women in midlife build profitable, purpose-driven businesses with confidence and clarity. I’m certified in Tiny Habits and obsessed with the intersection of mindset, strategy, and systems. Through my coaching, speaking, and podcast production company—Casa De Confidence Productions, which I co-founded with my husband, Dan, I help entrepreneurs, thought leaders, and changemakers grow their impact, income, and influence. Beyond business, I’m a caretaker for my mom, a role that has deepened my compassion and shaped how I approach life and leadership. I’m an avid traveler and reader, a certified yoga teacher, and a proud dog mom to the Fluff Squad, who frequently make guest appearances in my life (and occasionally on my calls). I’m also a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment and a champion for voices that need to be heard. Whether I’m sharing stories on the podcast, guiding clients through a big leap, or amplifying important conversations, my mission is the same: to help people go confidently in the direction of their dreams. I chose this subject because I’ve lived it. After more than two decades in corporate leadership, I saw firsthand how confidence, mindset, and the right strategies can change the trajectory of someone’s career and life. I also saw how many talented women, especially in midlife, were holding themselves back, doubting their worth, or feeling invisible in spaces where they should be leading. On a personal level, I’ve navigated big reinventions of my own, stepping away from a steady career, becoming a caretaker for my mom, building a business from scratch, and learning to trust myself through uncertainty. Along the way, I’ve earned certifications in Tiny Habits and yoga, developed expertise in business strategy and systems, and built Casa De Confidence Productions with my husband to help others amplify their voices through podcasting. All of these experiences, combined with my love of storytelling, advocacy, and teaching, make me deeply committed to helping others build confidence, grow their visibility, and create lives and businesses they truly love.

1. The Smart Passive Income Online Business and Blogging Podcast

I chose Pat Flynn’s Smart Passive Income Podcast because Pat has been one of my biggest mentors in business. I first started listening to him back when I was in my corporate days. When I launched my business and podcast, his show was my go-to. His work was my introduction to entrepreneurship, and so much of what I know about building an audience, creating offers, and growing a sustainable business started with what I learned from him. Pat’s transparency, generosity, and ability to break complex strategies into doable steps make his podcast an invaluable resource for anyone starting their entrepreneurial journey.
