Who am I?
I'm a Christian woman, wife, and mom who desires to keep growing in my faith while allowing God to heal the places in my heart that still need healing. Like many women, I've walked through seasons of hurt, disappointment, anxiety, and questions, and I'm looking for biblical encouragement, honest conversations, and practical wisdom that point me back to Jesus. I love podcasts that remind me I'm not alone, inspire me to keep pursuing healing, and help me become healthier in my relationships, my purpose, and my walk with God. Whether I'm driving, folding laundry, or taking a walk, I'm always looking for voices that offer hope, truth, and encouragement for the journey. Over the years, I've learned that healing is rarely instant - it's a journey, and one we aren't meant to walk alone. As a Christian woman, wife, and mom, I've experienced seasons of heartbreak, anxiety, disappointment, and unanswered questions that have driven me to seek God's presence in deeper ways. Along the way, podcasts became one of the most meaningful resources in my healing. Listening to women honestly share their stories, wrestle with faith, and point back to the hope found in Jesus reminded me that I wasn't alone and that God was still at work in my life. I created this list to help other women find those same kinds of voices. Whether you're healing from grief, broken relationships, trauma, church hurt, anxiety, or simply feeling stuck, I hope these podcasts offer biblical encouragement, practical wisdom, and the reminder that healing is possible. Every show on this list has something unique to offer, but they all share a common thread: helping women encounter hope, experience God's love, and take one more step toward healing and wholeness.
What is my podcast playlist about?
This playlist is a collection of podcasts that offer authentic, hope-filled conversations for Christian women. These aren't polished success stories or preachy messages - they're honest, vulnerable conversations with real women navigating life's messy, complicated seasons while learning to trust Jesus. The episodes explore topics like healing, faith, relationships, grief, anxiety, purpose, and spiritual growth through the lens of everyday life. You'll hear women share their struggles, questions, failures, and victories, along with practical wisdom from trusted counselors, authors, and ministry leaders who understand that healing is a process. If you're looking for podcasts that feel like sitting down with a trusted friend - where faith is real, grace is abundant, and Jesus meets us right in the middle of our brokenness - this playlist is for you. My hope is that every episode reminds you that you're not alone and that God is still writing beautiful stories of redemption every day.
1. The Collide Podcast
Why this podcast?
I absolutely love this show! Every episode features honest, vulnerable conversations that don't shy away from life's hardest questions. The Collide Podcast is my top pick because it embodies everything I'm looking for in a Christian podcast: authentic storytelling, genuine encouragement, and the hope of Jesus woven through every conversation. Host Willow Weston is as real as they come. She has a gift for making guests feel seen and safe, leading every conversation with curiosity, compassion, and honesty. Rather than trying to have all the answers, Willow asks thoughtful questions that invite people to share their stories with authenticity, creating conversations that feel more like sitting with a trusted friend than listening to an interview. What sets the Collide Podcast apart is its willingness to embrace the messy parts of life. The guests aren't experts with perfect lives—they're everyday people who have experienced heartbreak, loss, shame, anxiety, broken relationships, and unexpected detours, and who have discovered that Jesus meets them right in the middle of it all. Their stories offer hope without minimizing pain and remind listeners that healing is often a journey, not a destination. If you're looking for a podcast that is deeply rooted in faith but never feels preachy, where you'll laugh, cry, and walk away feeling less alone, the Collide Podcast is the one I recommend first. Every episode is an invitation to believe that no matter what you've been through, God is still bringing hope, healing, and redemption to your story.

2. The Nothing Is Wasted Podcast
Why this podcast?
Nothing Is Wasted is one of the most hope-filled podcasts I've ever listened to. Host Davey Blackburn has lived through unimaginable loss, and that gives him a unique compassion and credibility as he interviews guests about their own stories of pain, resilience, and redemption. What I appreciate most is that this podcast never minimizes suffering or rushes people toward easy answers. Instead, it creates space for honest conversations about grief, trauma, disappointment, and the difficult questions of faith while continually pointing listeners to the truth that God can redeem even our deepest wounds. Davey is a thoughtful, empathetic interviewer who asks meaningful questions and allows each guest's story to unfold naturally. Every episode leaves me with a greater sense of hope—not because life suddenly becomes easier, but because I'm reminded that God is present in our pain and that no part of our story is beyond His ability to redeem. If you've ever wondered whether God can bring purpose out of your hardest seasons, Nothing Is Wasted is a podcast that will encourage you to believe He can.

3. Therapy and Theology
Why this podcast?
Therapy & Theology is one of my favorite podcasts because it beautifully bridges biblical truth with emotional health. Hosted by Lysa TerKeurst and licensed professional counselor Jim Cress, the conversations help unpack the "why" behind our behaviors, relationships, and emotional patterns while always pointing back to God's heart for healing. What I appreciate most is that this podcast reminds us that pursuing counseling, understanding our wounds, and growing emotionally are not separate from our faith—they're part of our spiritual journey. Lysa and Jim tackle topics like boundaries, attachment, trauma, forgiveness, people-pleasing, and healthy relationships with honesty, wisdom, and compassion. This is a podcast I recommend to women who want more than inspiration—they want practical tools to help them heal and grow. Every episode leaves me with a deeper understanding of myself, greater compassion for others, and a renewed confidence that God cares about every part of our healing journey. It's an encouraging reminder that faith and emotional health aren't at odds—they work together as God restores us from the inside out.
