Who am I?

I'm a Christian woman, wife, and mom who desires to keep growing in my faith while allowing God to heal the places in my heart that still need His touch. Like many women, I've walked through seasons of hurt, disappointment, anxiety, and questions, and I'm looking for biblical encouragement, honest conversations, and practical wisdom that point me back to Jesus. I love podcasts that remind me I'm not alone, inspire me to keep pursuing healing, and help me become healthier in my relationships, my purpose, and my walk with God. Whether I'm driving, folding laundry, or taking a walk, I'm always looking for voices that offer hope, truth, and encouragement for the journey. Anxiety is something so many Christian women experience, yet it's often one of the hardest struggles to talk about openly. I've walked through seasons where worry, fear, and overwhelm felt louder than peace, and I've learned that overcoming anxiety isn't about having stronger faith or trying harder, it's about learning to trust God one day, one moment, and sometimes one breath at a time. Along the way, I've found podcasts to be an incredible source of encouragement. Hearing other women honestly share their own battles with anxiety, alongside biblical wisdom and practical tools for renewing our minds, reminded me that I wasn't alone and that healing is possible. Those conversations gave me hope on difficult days and helped me grow in both my faith and emotional health. I created this list to help other women find those same trusted voices. These podcasts don't offer quick fixes or empty clichés. Instead, they point listeners to Jesus while acknowledging the reality of anxiety with compassion, honesty, and grace. If you're looking for encouragement from women who understand the struggle and can remind you of God's faithfulness in the midst of it, I hope this collection becomes a resource you'll return to again and again.

What is my podcast playlist about?

This playlist is for Christian women who are tired of living under the weight of anxiety and are looking for hope that is both practical and deeply rooted in faith. Each podcast offers honest conversations about worry, fear, overwhelm, and the emotional challenges so many women face, while reminding listeners that they don't have to navigate them alone. Rather than offering quick fixes or telling women to simply "have more faith," these podcasts create space for authentic stories, biblical truth, and practical tools that help listeners understand anxiety, renew their minds, and experience God's peace one step at a time. You'll hear vulnerable stories from women who have wrestled with anxiety themselves, along with wisdom from counselors, authors, and ministry leaders who understand the connection between emotional health and spiritual growth. Whether you're battling anxious thoughts every day or simply need encouragement during a difficult season, this playlist is meant to remind you that God's presence is greater than your fear and that hope and healing are possible.
