Who am I?

I'm one of the hosts of The Fit Mess: A Men's Mental Health Podcast. I've been podcasting for 20 years. I am always curious about new ideas for self-improvement. After a knee injury several years ago I started taking my health and wellness more seriously. That led to the creation of my current podcast and listening to others covering similar topics. I'm always happy to help others find healing and better ways of living their lives. Hopefully, this list contributes to that.

My Show

What is my podcast about and/or how does it relate to the playlist topic you chose?

The show for men who are sick of their own sh*t and ready to make a change for better mental health. Zach Tucker and Jeremy Grater have been on a never-ending quest for knowledge about physical, emotional, and mental health. They've tried everything from questionable diets to questionable therapy techniques, and now they're here to share their misadventures with you.

What is my podcast playlist about?

4. Unbroken Business Support Podcast With Michael Anthony

Why this podcast?

Michael is the tough love coach we all need. He's been through some real shit and doesn't tolerate excuses from himself or anyone else.

The Unbroken Business Support Podcast is where serious entrepreneurs and business owners come to build real seven‐figure companies, not chase shortcuts or guru nonsense.

Every episode is built around the core BSG mission helping founders, executives, and operators embrace adversity, forge resilience, and install the structures required for a business that scales without breaking the person running it. We go deep into the full triad of business sales, marketing, and mission and then extend into leadership, teams and hiring, brand and positioning, AI and technology, and execution and systems, using the Six Pillar framework you run your business on in real life. This is where we turn pipeline chaos, team bottlenecks, and founder overwhelm into clarity, accountability, and disciplined execution so you can build a company that is dependent on processes, not personalities.

Inside the show, you will hear conversations and tactical breakdowns with some of the most respected operators, strategists, and creators in the game including Tom Bilyeu, Leila Hormozi, Vishen Lakhiani, David Meltzer, Gino Wickman, Amy Porterfield, Jenna Kutcher, Tim Storey, Damon Burton, Anthony Trucks, David Shands, and James Lawrence, alongside solo episodes and BSG trainings focused on the real problems breaking your business. These are not highlight‐reel interviews; they are working sessions that connect story to structure so you can immediately apply what you hear to sales, marketing, leadership, and long‐term scale in your own company.

The podcast is hosted by Michael Anthony, founder of Unbroken Business Support Group and Think Unbroken, an entrepreneur, award‐winning keynote speaker, bestselling author, and podcast host whose work sits at the intersection of business strategy, human performance, and leadership under pressure. Michael brings nearly 20 years of leadership and entrepreneurship to every conversation he built the Six Pillar framework from hard‐earned experience, has personally led hundreds of team members across sales, marketing, and operations, and has helped thousands of leaders convert adversity into strategic advantage. He started this podcast for one reason to help entrepreneurs and business owners tell themselves the truth, take ownership, and understand that they actually have the power to build the business of their dreams and impact the world.
