On March 6th 1995 Scott Amedure and Donna Riley took their friend Jonathan Schmitz on The Jenny Jones talk show and planned to drop a bombshell on Jon.In front of a live studio audience, Scott told Jon that he had a gay crush on him.In a shocking twist of events, three days later, one would end up dead.On March 9th 1995, Scott Amedure was shot and killed in his trailer home in Lake Orion, Michigan.Just minutes after his death, Jonathan Schmitz called 911 to confess.When asked by the 911 operator why they had killed Scott, the Jon answered, ‘because he played a very bad (profanity) thing on me, he took me to The Jenny Jones show.’What had set Jonathan Schmitz off and caused him to shoot and murder his so-called friend?
