When it comes operating a successful short-term rental business, no matter how big or how small, it always come back to executing on the basics and letting those become this north star so to speak. Catherine Ratcliffe, together with her husband Grant, own and operate Lost Together Stays, a vacation rental company with properties in Blue Ridge, GA, Madeira Beach, FL and Homosassa, FL. With busy careers and having three very active teenage daughters, the Ratcliffes have invested in vacation rental homes to create unique memories with their children. After the loss of both their mothers, it became increasingly important to Catherine and Grant to ensure a legacy for their children that would not just provide for them but would remind them of the memories and love that they share.
