I love Jesus words in Matthew 6:34 - Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. Handling the meantime or... the mean time... can be challenging. Below is the prayer I mention in today's episode. I hope it will help you... in the meantime.
“Lord God, you have given me this present moment in which to live. Whether joyous, challenging, heartbreaking, or delightful, there is no other time available to me than this one. Help me embrace it, trusting to you the future that I may live with confidence, hope, and abandon in the present.”
