Mike is a serial hospitality entrepreneur with a passion for creating beautiful spaces and magical experiences.

From an early age, Mike was the kid at school selling tickets to discos and at the grand age of 22 he opened his first nightclub and bar.

In 2015 Mike and his brother Ross built and opened their first venture together The Baxter, a boutique hostel in Edinburgh, Scotland. The first of its kind The Baxter redefined the hostel experience in Edinburgh.

2016 saw the opening of the brothers' first Hotel, Kip a 105 bed unit in Hackney, London. Another runaway success Kip has enjoyed many years of fantastic trading at high occupancy.

In late September 2019 House of Gods Hotel was born and has since gone on to win the prestigious Sunday Times ‘Best Hotel’ Award, and been heralded as the UK’s ‘sexiest hotel’
