Queen Elizabeth's Jubilee this week inspired this story of a lesson learned about the fairytale we are all hoping to live. Inspired by the life of Princess Diana, Jules takes a trip down memories lane as we revisit the fairytale wedding of Princess Diana and Prince Charles. The story of a Princess who believed in her fairytale. The tragedy of Princess Diana is one engrained in history forever.
We all have a story within us. What is that story and where does this story come from? Do you know you are meant for more? Exploring your story and the narrative you tell yourself is a powerful way to navigate your real-life story. This is the season of weddings which spurs hope and love. This season of festivity promises a happily ever after. Yet, often the hope and promise of a fairytale can be the one only the Grimm Brothers could create.
We make exceptions for the pain we suffer. The beauty of our stories is in the devastation of our stories and how we pick ourselves up and the lessons we learn from pain.
Get obsessed with your fairytale. Get obsessed with your life. We all have the power to live a life of our powerful fairytale-- in accordance with reality?

Obsessed With Understanding Grief ft. Heidi Dunstan
June 4, 2022
•29m
In this episode, Heidi Dunstan talks about how to deal with grief and help somebody grieving.
She talks about why grief is love and why grieving should never be done alone by someone in grief. Many times, grief is love. They have to find a new way to love their person.
Heidi reminds us that grief is not just when the funeral happens. It happens for months and years after. She reveals the power of asking, "How's today?" to someone who is in grief and wants to run away.
This episode is perfect for someone who is in grief or for someone who wants to know how to help someone who is grieving.
Heidi Dunstan is a grief advocate and educator. Her passion for helping others learn more about grief, and how to support others who are grieving came after losing her husband unexpectedly almost 3 years ago. Her experience with friends and loved ones saying the wrong thing or completely disappearing gave her firsthand experience that many people have never learned how to grieve, which often leaves grievers to grieve in isolation. Heidi believes that grief is love and it should never be done alone, so she teaches people what to say and not say to grievers, giving them the tools to lean into grief so we can all grieve with grace.

What is the Enneagram?
Truity.com explains:
According to the Enneagram, each of the nine personality types is defined by a particular core belief about how the world works. This core belief drives your deepest motivations and fears — and fundamentally shapes a person's worldview and the perspective through which they see the world and the people around them.
Our core beliefs are not necessarily incorrect, but they can be limiting and operate as “blinders” for people. Understanding our Enneagram type and how it colors our perceptions can help us to broaden our perspective and approach situations more effectively.
Understanding a person's Enneagram type helps us to see why they behave the way they do. Each Enneagram type has a set of core beliefs that will consistently motivate them to take particular actions and guide them to make certain decisions. Behavior that may seem confusing or contradictory can often be explained when we understand a person's Enneagram type.
The Enneagram also helps us understand how people react to stress. By describing how each Enneatype adapts and responds to both stressful and supportive situations, the Enneagram shows opportunities for personal development and provides a foundation for the understanding of others
What is the enneagram?
According to Truity.com: The Enneagram is a system of personality typing that describes patterns in how people interpret the world and manage their emotions. The Enneagram describes nine personality types and maps each of these types on a nine-pointed diagram which helps to illustrate how the types relate to one another.
