We all judge. It is a fact of human nature that we instinctually judge others based on their appearance, their mannerisms, or just their plain messy lives.
On this minisode of the #obsessedpodcast we ask:
Why do we judge others?
Why do people judge us?
How can we be better and do better? When we drop our waterline and become visible and more transparent to others we embrace vulnerability. Vulnerability is a skill that allows others to connect with you authentically and to trust you.
Life is messy-enjoy the mess!

Obsessed with Getting to the Root of Our Problems ft. Dr. Nima Rahmany
October 14, 2021
•27m
In this second part of our interview with Dr. Nima Rahmany, we are bringing our outtakes right back at you. It was a conversion that nearly brought us to tears. You will discover his intuitive ability to understand trauma, where we do not even know trauma in our lives, is genius!
Dr. Nima reveals that when we understand trauma, we will understand when things get triggered. Our body goes into this active protective state. And it's trying to go into protection.
He explains that we need to understand and validate our autonomic nervous system state first and join ourselves where we are at without judging our feelings for being wrong before we consider the law of attraction. He emphasizes that the problem is that the law of attraction is missing key steps that are damaging to those who are trauma survivors, which all of us are.
He reminds us that our tears are part of the healing. And if we want to understand our history and come to peace with it, we have to go to our parents' history and their parents' history.
Dr. Nima Rahmany is a Chiropractor turned Edutainer on a mission to teach business executives, entrepreneurs, and teenagers how to dissolve the Root Cause of stress.
