I'm thrilled to be here, still on this planet, and today, I find myself compelled to talk about the concept of upleveling. Upleveling fascinates me because it involves taking incremental steps, one petite step after another. Suddenly, we find ourselves at a higher level, and people exclaim, "Oh my gosh, you got there so quickly!" Yet, the journey might not have been swift; it could have spanned decades.

Recently, I've been blessed to assist a long-time friend with a beautiful children's book project. Our friendship dates back to the 1990s in Santa Barbara, and it's truly exciting to collaborate on this endeavor.

Creation, however, takes the time it requires. It demands patience and a focus on the goal. While cash is beneficial, it alone doesn't elevate us to a higher frequency, attract what we desire, or infuse more grace, style, and enthusiasm into our lives.

As we navigate 2024, a year of expansion and growth, I encourage you to reflect on your aspirations. Personally, I faced health challenges in 2023, leading to a transformative downsizing.

Let's meditate for about seven minutes, contemplating the essence of upleveling—allowing and having without excessive doing. Visualize blue energy rising to the balls of your feet, celestial gold light descending from the heavens, and white or gold light enveloping you like a regal cape. Imagine yourself on a throne, ruling your kingdom, and cleanse your chakras.

Clear the first chakra, the seat of fear and doubt, represented by red. Move to the second chakra, the source of creativity and money energy, depicted in orange. Open it up to heavenly creativity and ground it with blue energy.

Address the gold-colored third chakra, emphasizing self-care. Clear blockages and let the gold energy flow, facilitating self-nurturing. Proceed to the heart chakra, allowing love to overflow. Flow blue energy through the throat chakra for self-expression, especially considering the rise of audiobooks.

Activate the third eye chakra for inventive ideas, and finally, connect with heaven through the crown chakra, allowing divine light to heal and illuminate your life.

Take a few minutes each week to envision positive occurrences in 2024, such as travel, beach moments, or other fulfilling experiences. Embrace the spirit of upleveling with grace and enthusiasm.
