In a town where criminals operate under protection and everyone knows the name China Joe, one perfectly efficient machine is enough to upset every fragile arrangement. As violence flares and authority is challenged, the sergeant must decide what law enforcement means when the 'arm of the law' is made of metal, wiring, and unbreakable logic.
