In this weeks episode I talk about the relationship between our mental and physical health. The concept of the elephant and the rider and what our elephant is made up of. A lot of this comes from the book written by Johnathan Haidt called "The Righteous Mind". As always feedback is both welcomed and encouraged. Links below!

Progress and Distraction

I might touch a nerve with this one. Lets look at what the modern BLM movement has achieved, some pending reforms and the actual progress being made by the people fighting for justice and an equitable society. Also lets look at what I am calling distractions, people used to having the spotlight not getting enough attention and using their platforms to either bow out or redirect.
I am an imperfect person with imperfect opinions and I'd love to hear yours. Come debate me, coach me whatever just let me know how you feel about my views.
