You want a home that’s uniquely you. One that reflects your passions, values and lifestyle. And you want to create one on your own, without having to hire a designer, breaking the bank, or hurting the planet. The challenge is that there are too many voices telling you what trend to jump on, what rules you must follow, and what “beautiful” looks like. Plus, you don’t want to scrap everything you own and start all over. It’s hard to know how to wrap your arms around this big, important concept called “home!” On this podcast, you’ll learn from the experts exactly why some rooms work (and others don’t), how to master a mix of styles and preferences when you have a bunch of them jumbled together, and inspiration for being brave and taking the creation of your dream home into your own hands.
Want me to stop in your hometown on the book tour? Leave me a message with your thoughts on where I should hold an event (a bookshop, gallery, antiques store, garden, historic home, etc ), and your contact info.

Maybe life is good, but you know it could fit you better. Maybe you’re considering a second act, trying to take better care of yourself or wondering how to create income by design so work stops running the whole show. Perhaps you just want to make more room for joy and playfulness!
I’m Kimberly Henrie. I’ve spent most of my life behind a microphone and I’m also a wellness educator, entrepreneur and full-time RVer. I don’t believe there’s one right way to live a good life. In fact, some of the best lives begin when we stop following the expected route.
On Living the Good Life, I talk with people who have made intentional choices about purpose, wellness, creativity, adventure, entrepreneurship and freedom. We talk about what changed, what was hard, what surprised them and what they’ve learned along the way.
My hope is that every episode gives you one idea worth carrying with you. Maybe it helps you see a new possibility. Maybe it gives you the nudge to make your own next move toward a life—and an income—that works for you.

Small Ways to Live Well is a podcast from The Simple Things, a monthly magazine about slowing down, remembering what’s important and making the most of where you live.
Hosted by the Editor, Lisa Sykes, in this season, May days & summer afternoons, she’ll be sampling honesty boxes, seeking our magical creatures, taking sensory walks and generally revelling in the promise of summer, alongside co-hosts wellbeing editor Rebecca Frank and regular contributor and slow traveller Jo Tinsley.
To subscribe or order a copy of The Simple Things visit thesimplethings.com
A definite contender for ‘favourite time of the year’ these light-filled days of late spring and early summer are easy to love. The novelty of sustained sunshine and warmer days gladden the hearts. The countryside is at its best and cities start to go all Mediterranean, living life outside. Even the most humdrum garden looks pretty in May.
And we’re as busy as the birds feeding chicks and bees gathering nectar – planting flowers, tending our veg patch and exploring our neighbourhood. It’s the end of the hungry gap with the first harvests so we enjoy eating outdoors and go on our first picnic of the year. We’re learning more about folklore and festivals, listening to birdsong and making the most of long weekends. Join us to dabble in something new and take a spontaneous day trip. Our motto for the season: ‘Time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time’.
There are six episodes in Season 9, released weekly from May Day and supported by Titanic Belfast

In this podcast, Heather will teach you what really works, and what doesn't, to successfully declutter your home - as when you're overwhelmed, ADHD or Autistic, it isn't just a case of hiring a skip and having a big sort out - it's not that easy!
Heather is an expert in working with families that live in chaos, and all the challenges that brings. She is Autistic and has ADHD so knows all about how neurodiversity links to clutter. As a naturally messy person herself, she can show you how to live in a clean, clutter free and organised home regardless of the issues you face. She thrives on creating strategies and systems that work for real families. Transforming your cluttered homes to calm, safe spaces can also improve your mental, physical and financial health, learn all about it in this podcast.
Heather Tingle has been a member of The Association of Professional Declutterers and Organisers since 2016. She and her family have had hoarding tendencies, living in messy homes, stuck in that never ending, exhausting cycle of chores and tidying. She decluttered her home and found a new, calmer and more content way to live. She now supports clients in person and online to achieve the same outcome in their own homes - and now you can learn how she does it through this podcast too!

Ready to finally calm the overwhelm and create a home and life you actually enjoy? The Wannabe Clutter Free podcast is here to help you clear the clutter, simplify your routines, and find freedom in the life you’re building. I’m Deanna Yates, a busy mom who knows what it’s like to juggle family, career, and the never-ending piles of stuff. From selling 80% of what we owned to travel with our toddler, to managing the daily chaos of running a home with a school-aged kid, I’ve learned that living with less isn’t about deprivation. It’s about creating more space, more peace, and more joy. Each week, I share real-life stories, simple decluttering strategies, and mindset shifts that make it easier to let go of what’s weighing you down. You’ll also hear from inspiring guests who share practical tips and fresh perspectives on minimalism, home organization, intentional living, and building habits that last. If you’re tired of feeling buried in clutter and crave a home that feels calm, welcoming, and easy to manage, this show is for you. It’s not about perfection. It’s about progress, freedom, and finding space for what truly matters to you.

I'm Lisa Morton, and for over 20 years I've been helping people, especially busy women, create homes that actually support their lives.
Here's the truth: your home isn't just where you live. It's either working for you or working against you. And most of us don't even realize it.
On this podcast, I share practical Feng Shui, holistic interior design, and real talk about how your physical space affects your health, your energy, and your ability to show up fully in your life. You'll get easy-to-implement tips you can do this weekend. You'll hear client stories that might feel like your own. And you'll learn that creating a home you actually love isn't complicated or "woo"...it's just intentional.
Whether you're feeling stuck, ready for a reset, recovering from a heavy life event, or simply wanting more peace and clarity in your home, this is for you. We'll talk about everything from your bedroom and front door to color, lighting, flow, clutter, and the energy that moves through your space.
Let's create a home that feels as good as it looks.

HOA Case Files is the weekly podcast for people who said yes to a volunteer board and then inherited the building, the bank account, and the neighbor who replies-all.
We cover condos, homeowners associations, co-ops, mobile home parks and resident-owned communities, marinas, camp parks, and deed-restricted neighborhoods. Same job, different roof: collect the money, keep the place standing, tell owners the truth, and do it without turning every Tuesday into a deposition.
Each episode starts with a real case. A news story, a court filing, a reserve surprise, a vendor invoice that should never have cleared, a meeting that went sideways, an owner fight that ate six months. We walk through what happened in plain English. Then we argue the only three questions that matter to a volunteer director:
- What did it actually cost — money, time, and goodwill?
- What was the risk if the board did nothing?
- Was the fight worth it?
We do not do legal fog. We are not your attorney, and we will not pretend a statute citation is the same thing as a plan. We talk like treasurers and presidents who still have a day job: assessments, roofs, docks, reserves, work orders, minutes, elections, and the vendor who always has one more change order.
When a story turns on process — invoices nobody matched, minutes nobody can find, a vendor with no certificate of insurance, a vote that lived in someone’s inbox — we say so. That is also where SoShiny lives in the show: not as a commercial, as the counterfactual. What would a real ledger, a payable that needs two eyes, a work order with photos, or a searchable set of CC&Rs have changed? Sometimes the answer is “not much.” We say that too.
If you sit on a self-managed board and you want interesting plus useful — a story you can tell at the next meeting and a checklist you can run on Monday — this is the show.
From the team at SoShiny.com. Association software for boards that want less paperwork and fewer surprises.
