Reena loves a story, and she‘s fascinated by the people behind them. She loves to bring stories to life. Her appetite for storytelling has taken her from the Jerry Springer Show to the legal drama of the courtroom. From influential players to reality stars, nothing is censored here. Reena interviews people whose stories haven‘t been told, at least not through her unique lens, and then gets daddy‘s advice afterward like a good daughter does. Whether you have daddy issues or a father who‘s inspired your path, you will be able to tap into my daddy‘s wisdom, wit, and humor at the end of every episode. My daddy has been a guiding light my whole life and there‘s not much he doesn‘t know, as an entrepreneur for forty-plus years, a husband, a loyal son, and my number one supporter. He has learned lots of life lessons along the way and is here to share them with you. It‘s time to reminisce and reflect on the conversations you‘d like to have with your daddy and learn from mine. Come share in some good old-fashioned family bonding and help us up our wisdom rating. There is wisdom from four generations and I’m addressing what happens from childhood to adulthood!

Under the Influence is a deep dive into social media, a place haunted by aspirational marketing where it feels like every other person is a social media influencer trying to sell you something, all while posed in perfect houses that never seem to get messy. And behind this airbrushed perfection is money, so much money. Billions and billions of dollars. Journalist and mom Jo Piazza looks at how we got here, what it all means and how the commodification of every single aspect of our lives is driving everyone (but mostly women and mothers) a little insane.

Welcome to Parents Night Out — the comedy podcast for anyone trying to survive adulthood with their sanity (mostly) intact. Each week, Scott, Chris, Miranda, Nick, and Sarah sit down to unpack the chaos of modern life: parenting, relationships, streaming obsessions, work disasters, medical misadventures, embarrassing moments, and everything in between. What starts as a simple topic often spirals into unexpected tangents, too-honest confessions, and the kind of unfiltered conversations that only truly dysfunctional friend groups can have. Whether they’re debating the correct way to binge a show, explaining why mailing your own stool sample should count as a traumatic life event, or navigating the wild expectations of raising kids today, this cast brings a rare blend of relatable storytelling, sharp humor, and genuine warmth. With a chemistry built on years of friendship and a collective willingness to overshare, Parents Night Out is equal parts comforting and chaotic — an audio escape for anyone who’s ever thought, “I love my life... but wow, it is a lot.” If you’re a millennial parent, a pop-culture addict, a tired adult, or just someone who enjoys laughing at life’s messiest moments, you’ve found your people. New episodes weekly. Real stories. Real mistakes. Real laughs. Pull up a chair. Pour a drink. Pretend the kids are asleep. It's Parents Night Out.

We are the root of who our kids become most times. Dad's do a lot but mommy has to take care of herself while carrying the baby, feed herself while carrying the baby, exercise while the baby grows. Read out load to the baby, play music and take care of her mental health which is a direct link for the baby.

Fathers before the creation of a baby please learn your family hereditary history.Your lifestyle will affect your sperm, smoking, drinking and using other drugs. Illnesses like diabetes, high blood pressure, or depression can increase risks for preterm birth babies, low birth weight, and NICU admission for the newborns.

For Mom’s, her physical and mental well-being directly impacts kids development, stability, and creating a positive feedback loop where a healthy mom provides energy, patience, and healthy role modeling matters especially if the kids spend more time with mothers. Making sure moms have a, secure, nurturing home for everyone is a big responsibility because there is no “I will see what I can do and call you later” We have to make something happen now. When a mother neglects her health it creates stress and instability, affecting the entire family's resilience and happiness. That’s where all the yelling, less hugs, less laughs come in. Making the “taking care of Mom" stance priority helps everyone. The dad is not stressed, the kids have peace, it’s the best way to care for the family.

Mommying While Muslim is a one of a kind podcast where American Muslim moms share their experiences to raise second generation kids. Having experienced both pre and post 9/11 America, they're acutely aware of the unique challenges their families face on top of the regular messes that all moms share. Mommying While Muslim is a space to take back their stories, and tell those no one will air on the news or portray fully or fairly in the media. Host Uzma Jafri is mom first, careerwoman second, and global citizen at heart. She meets taboo topics head on because she wasn't allowed to do it growing up, not at home or at school and work. Her aim is to better her immediate household, community, and her momsisterhood the world over by telling the truths sometimes people don't want to face or to hear. Not everyone has these privileges, and she is eager to learn as well as share her own experiences. Always looking to give back, MWM finds women and families who need a mic because no one needs a voice; they just need an opportunity to speak. Besides tough social issues, MWM tackles political ones because when laws affect kids, we're coming for them as well as the ones who make them! There's no lane that doesn't get taken here. Along the way, MWM recruits momallies for Muslim Americans who have been inordinately targeted for the last 20 years. True moms know that ALL our children deserve to be safe, loved, and happy, and we bust every yellow brick on the Islamaphobic road to make sure they all are. If you like good trouble, this one's for you!

We get better instructions for putting together furniture than we do for raising actual human beings. And that doesn’t even account for how to do it amid a global pandemic and civil/political unrest. That’s why Season 2 of Good Kids features a compelling mix of perspectives on child-rearing — from parents and experts, authors and actors, to "good" kids themselves — imparting wisdom for a brief, but potent, 10(ish) minutes each week. Poseidon is the god of the sea, Dionysus of wine and merrymaking, and Emily Oster? She’s the god of parenting. An economics professor at Brown University, Oster has built a massive and loyal audience by providing overwhelmed parents with the information and data they need to make solid and sound parenting decisions in a very confusing world. Her first book, Expecting Better: Why the Conventional Pregnancy Wisdom Is Wrong—and What You Really Need to Know, sold over a million copies and was translated into 19 languages, unseating the classic What to Expect When You’re Expecting as a fixture on many pregnant mothers’ bedtime tables. In this new series with The Free Press, Oster tackles the deep, difficult, existential, and often controversial questions facing parents today: Are we too soft on kids these days? How do I raise an independent child in an era of overprotection and helicopter parenting? Why are so many teen girls unhappy and anxious, and how can we make them happy again? Why are boys being left behind? Are kids overdiagnosed? What to do about the phones!? Is marriage important for raising kids? Should you even have kids at all? These questions are more urgent than ever. That’s because, by many measures, kids are worse off today than 30 years ago. They are more anxious than ever. They’re more depressed. They have more diagnoses than ever before. They’re more medicated. More kids are being raised without two parents in the home today. Kids’ reading and math scores haven’t recovered since their decline during the Covid pandemic. Childhood obesity has risen to 19.7 percent. Kids spend on average 7.5 hours in front of a screen for entertainment each day, and the average teen spends around 9 hours a day on their phone. What’s going on with kids today? How worried should we be about our kids? And what should we be doing, as parents, to change course, before it’s too late? How do we raise good people—which starts with raising good, informed parents—in this strange, new world? Over eight episodes, Oster speaks with over 50 of the world’s best parenting experts, journalists, doctors, psychologists, researchers, and more including: Dr. Becky, Jonathan Haidt, Pamela Druckerman, Richard Reeves, Hanna Rosin, Abigail Shrier, Bryan Caplan, Christine Emba, Johann Hari, Sami Timimi, Melissa Kearney, Ross Douthat, and many, many more. Oster brings her trusted voice—with its sobriety, wisdom, and humor—to the most challenging parenting questions of the day. Melissa, who has been hunkered down for decades after a cool but soul-crushing brush with fame on MTV’s Real World New Orleans, didn’t really do this sort of thing but Amanda seemed nice. They recorded twice due to technical difficulties, but ended up chatting for hours. Who the fuck talks on the actual phone? They do! Two strangers getting to know each other the old-fashioned way.
