Who am I?

I am Gregory Favazza, an in-situ practitioner in Organizational Leadership and the host of Your Transformation Station. My fascination with this subject stems from my own journey of navigating non-traditional career paths and military service, which led me to develop a unique "internal autopsy" methodology. I use my own life and professional pivots as a testing ground for leadership frameworks, focusing on the "middle of the wreckage" to find actionable data in failure. This hands-on experience has made me an expert in the social science of mistakes and the psychological hurdles that keep professionals stuck I chose this subject because I’ve lived in the "middle of the wreckage" where academic theory meets a brutal reality. My expertise was forged through a military career that demanded high-stakes leadership, followed by the personal wreckage of transitioning into a civilian world that lacked a clear manual for my experience. Instead of letting that collapse define me, I used my Master’s in Industrial and Organizational (I-O) Psychology as a diagnostic tool. I began performing an "internal autopsy" on my own failures, using Social Science to dissect where my mindset and the organizational structure clashed. This combination of boots-on-the-ground experience and graduate-level research allowed me to turn my podcast, Your Transformation Station, into a live laboratory. I don't just talk about leadership; I practice it in-situ, helping others navigate their own wreckage using behavioral data, workplace psychology, and psychological capital.
