You don’t get those stories from press releases—you get them from people who live it every day. Real Finds is my way of pulling those stories out and putting them into the world. Because CRE Is a Black Box to Most People Even inside the industry, it’s easy to get siloed—office brokers don’t know what’s happening in industrial automation, and developers on the coasts miss the reality of Midwest infill deals. Outside the industry, it’s even more confusing. Real Finds exists to demystify all of that. I wanted a podcast where founders, operators, and policymakers talk about what’s really shaping the built environment—whether it’s zoning, interest rates, tech, or trade policy.
