Who am I?
I'm a Christian woman who is passionate about emotional and spiritual healing because I've seen how God uses honest stories to bring hope and transformation. I believe we all carry wounds from life's experiences, and I've learned that healing often begins when we have the courage to acknowledge our pain and invite God into it. I'm drawn to podcasts that aren't preachy or polished but are filled with authentic conversations from people who have walked through heartbreak, grief, trauma, anxiety, and disappointment and discovered God's faithfulness along the way. Those kinds of stories have encouraged me in my own journey, reminding me that healing is possible and that none of us has to walk it alone. I created this playlist to help other women find those same trusted voices. My hope is that these podcasts become companions for anyone longing to grow closer to Jesus, experience emotional healing, and be reminded that God is still restoring hearts, renewing minds, and bringing beauty from brokenness. I chose this topic because I believe emotional and spiritual healing are deeply connected. I've learned that while faith is foundational, God often uses honest conversations, wise counselors, trusted friends, and the stories of others as part of our healing journey. Some of the greatest growth in my own life has come from listening to women who were willing to share their struggles with vulnerability and point to God's faithfulness in the middle of them. Over the years, I've intentionally sought out podcasts that address both emotional health and spiritual growth—not as separate pursuits, but as two parts of becoming the person God created us to be. Those conversations have helped me better understand my own story, grow in my relationship with Jesus, and embrace healing as an ongoing journey rather than a one-time event. I created this list because I know there are so many women looking for resources that are both biblically grounded and emotionally honest. My hope is that these podcasts encourage listeners to take their next step toward healing, reminding them that no matter what they've been through, God is still at work bringing hope, freedom, and restoration.
What is my podcast playlist about?
This playlist is a collection of podcasts for Christian women who are seeking emotional and spiritual healing in the middle of real life. Each podcast was chosen because it offers honest, hope-filled conversations about pain, trauma, grief, anxiety, and the process of rebuilding after difficult seasons—always pointing back to the faithfulness of God. Instead of polished or surface-level content, these episodes feature authentic storytelling from women who have walked through hard things and discovered that healing is possible. Alongside these stories, you’ll hear from counselors, authors, and ministry leaders who bring biblical wisdom and practical tools for emotional health, helping listeners understand that healing is both spiritual and deeply personal. The story behind this playlist is simple: I know what it feels like to search for voices that make you feel seen, understood, and less alone. My hope is that these podcasts become steady companions for women on the healing journey—reminding them that their story matters, their pain is not the end of the story, and God is still faithfully restoring what feels broken.
