Who am I?
I write, perform, and host a podcast, "You Are a LOT", my solo podcast and passion project exploring ADHD/AuDHD. Ever been told, "Um, you're kind of a lot"? If so — this podcast is for you. "You Are a LOT" (an ADHD / AuDHD podcast) is my solo podcast and passion project where I talk honestly about my later-in-life ADHD and autism diagnosis and what it's actually like to live neurodivergently. I also run an ADHD/AuDHD community — an online space, run by me, Jen Kirkman, where you can unmask, be yourself, and relax knowing that here, you're not the only neurodivergent in the room: https://tinyurl.com/wearealot-community Ever been told, "Um, you're kind of a lot"? 1. I'm Busy Being Awesome - Sustainable Productivity for ADHD
Why this podcast?
Paula Engebretson is actually my ADHD coach, and I started listening to her podcast before I even started working with her one-on-one. She approaches ADHD productivity in a way that doesn't make you feel broken — it's about working WITH your brain, not against it. She's warm, practical, and she genuinely gets it because she has ADHD herself. If you've ever felt like every productivity system out there was designed for someone whose brain isn't yours, this show will feel like a revelation. She makes "getting things done" feel possible without the shame spiral.

3. Unshaming AuDHD
Why this podcast?
The title says it all — and I didn't realize how much shame I was still carrying about being AuDHD until I started listening. Jes Diverges goes deep on the intersection of autism and ADHD: the masking, the burnout, the "why is everything so hard for me?" feeling that the people around you don't understand. This one is for anyone who got the "you're so much to handle" message growing up and is still unraveling what that did to them. It's honest, compassionate, and genuinely healing.

4. AuDHD Flourishing
Why this podcast?
AuDHD Flourishing is exactly what it sounds like — a show about what it actually looks like to thrive when you have both autism and ADHD, not just survive. It goes beyond tips and tricks and gets into the deeper stuff: identity, self-acceptance, and what it means to build a life that actually fits your brain. I found this one during a particularly hard stretch and it reminded me that flourishing is possible, and that it can look completely different from what anyone told you it should look like.
