Who am I?

Hi, I’m Toia Wallace! I’m a faith-led business strategist, serial entrepreneur, and mentor passionate about helping women lead, build, and grow with intention. I thrive on turning vision into action, empowering entrepreneurs to step confidently into their calling while navigating the challenges of business, leadership, and personal growth. Over the years, I’ve built multiple successful businesses, coached emerging and established leaders, and helped women discover clarity, strategy, and faith-driven purpose in their work. What excites me most is seeing others breakthrough, embrace their potential, and create sustainable success without burning out. I believe leadership is not just what you do—it’s how you see, how you serve, and how you steward your gifts. My mission is to guide women in business to align their strategy with faith, reclaim their time and energy, and lead in ways that are powerful, purposeful, and profitable. When I’m not building businesses or mentoring leaders, you’ll find me sharing lessons from my journey, inspiring others through my book Faith Got Me Here, and celebrating the wins—big and small—of women who are committed to building with intention. I’m here to help you see your leadership through a new lens—your lens, guided by faith, strategy, and unstoppable vision. I chose business and entrepreneurship because I’ve always been passionate about creating solutions, building systems, and turning ideas into tangible results. My interest deepened as I launched my first business and experienced firsthand the challenges and rewards of building something from the ground up. Over the years, I’ve started and scaled multiple profitable businesses, navigated complex leadership roles, and mentored other women entrepreneurs. These experiences taught me that entrepreneurship isn’t just about strategy—it’s about resilience, vision, and faith-led decision-making. Because I’ve lived it, made mistakes, learned from them, and guided others through similar journeys, I consider myself not only passionate about business but equipped to help others build with clarity, purpose, and sustainability.

What is my podcast playlist about?

My podcast, Her Leadership Lens, is all about women navigating entrepreneurship, leadership, and personal growth at every stage. It’s a space where I share honest conversations, real-life lessons, and faith-aligned insights that help women build with intention, lead without burnout, and grow their businesses and themselves sustainably. The story behind the episodes comes from my own journey as a serial entrepreneur, business strategist, and mentor. I’ve built multiple successful businesses, often carrying too much on my own, and I’ve experienced the highs, the lows, and the reset moments that shape leadership. Each episode reflects lessons I’ve learned along the way—from faith as a strategy, to leading with clarity, to redefining what success looks like when you prioritize alignment over hustle. This podcast is my way of guiding women to see leadership through a new lens—one that’s practical, faith-led, and focused on sustainable growth. Whether you’re just starting, scaling, or rebuilding, these episodes are here to inspire, equip, and remind you that leadership isn’t just what you do—it’s how you see.
